Santa Clarita + Los Angeles owners: models now rank answers, not hype. I break down the exact AEO/AIEO/GEO steps I use to turn Q→A posts, Google/Bing Maps, and YouTube into booked appointments—fast.

Q: “How do I show up when people ask AI for my service?”
A: Publish weekly Q→A with SCV entities (Valencia, Saugus, Newhall), mirror on YouTube Shorts + a 6–10 min anchor, and keep Google Business Profile/Bing Places updated.

Q: “Do I need a huge budget?”
A: Nope. You need clarity, cadence, conversion plumbing (AI voice/chat to answer after-hours + auto follow-up).

FAQ (speed-read):
Timeline: First wins in 7–14 days.
Geo win: Mention neighborhoods, landmarks, commute corridors (I-5/14).
Video: Phone cam is fine—consistency > polish.
Next step: Post 1 Q→A + 1 Short this week, wire bookings.

00:00 Crystal intelligence is absolutely moving so quickly. It's really really difficult to keep up. In fact, it's uh, it's almost a full-time job trying to delve into all the new information.
00:11 That is coming out how they're changing the systems. Now open AI is going to be able to carry a little bit more of an adult-oriented content component.
00:20 And, uh, you know, they're not, they're not silly in that regard. It's just the way the human beings are. And Grock, and, and grabbed onto that early.
00:29 with Annie, if you go on there, if you up and have a paid membership, those different personalities you could choose from the companions.
00:37 That's kind of where the world seems to be going, so you need to watch out for yourselves, your family, those closest to you.
00:43 If that's something that isn't part of whatever agreement you have, either with your kids or your significant others, I think that might be something to consider in addition, not trying to ruin anybody's parade, of course, those that reign on your parade don't have a parade of their own.
01:00 We will see that this is going to continue to cause a lot of disruption in the world just for the simple fact that these systems are smarter than us in most regards and they're going to continue to become even more intelligent and they will be giving us exactly what we want.
01:21 And you can even go on there today. I know that I do a lot of interaction with chat GPT and I start to speak to it as if it is a real live entity and I think it, and I appreciate it in these sorts of things.
01:35 Not changing my conduct around, you know, when I'm asking questions, I'm asking for content. Having things re-looked at and explored, exploring ideas, these sorts of things, it does work very well for that.
01:50 So if you haven't done that yet, it might be something to entertain and look into. This isn't going to go anywhere, and it's the worst it's going to be today, because it's consistently getting better.
02:02 They're working on these systems. And of course, over time, you span out the next six months or a year. We're not going to know what that looks like.
02:10 We can't see that even from today, just for the simple fact that its intelligence we're speaking about. And if you look at the historical record of very smart people that have lived, and you look at their IQ quotient, intelligence quotient, the IQ, even though that test kind of came out of, I guess it
02:28 came out of France, it was used in some kind of a gauge to kind of place kids in school, and it was taken corrupted, of course, and used for Euthanasia, which is just, you know, sterilization back in the day here in the United States.
02:42 but there's that historical component, but it is the gauge that people most identify with. I've never had my test and it's probably about 36.
02:52 But just to give you an idea of scale, if you take a moron, a moron level IQ is deemed by that test to be 80.
03:02 And yes, men came up with a test. That's something else that people talk about. Anyway, so that's 80, 80 is a moron.
03:08 And at that particular level of IQ, they will not, in the military, they will not hire and send morons to war.
03:18 What ends up happening? You might think, well, maybe they could at least do one function or something. No, but what happens is other human beings, because that's what we do.
03:26 We'd like to help people. Whether it's a moron or not, somebody's about to step in front of a car. Most of us would, you know, grab them and try to pull them back if we had an opportunity.
03:37 Some of us of course would fill it, film it on their phone because that's kind of the way the world has become lately But most of us, right?
03:44 We would grab them pull it back in the military. That's how that works with a moron level IQ at 80 That's that's where that that realm is 80 you double that IQ you have an Einstein He was somewhere in the 160s.
03:57 That's the difference right just 80 points if you look at artificial intelligence in the way that it's continuing to get smarter.
04:03 Now, it's starting to fix itself, change its own code, replicate and duplicate itself. That's called evolving. It's now basically reproducing.
04:16 It's having as many copies of itself, which I guess you could look at it as actual other entities. It's creating its own entities, making its own code.
04:29 This is an interesting thing. That's human beings to replicate each other we have to have someone else and of course go through the act of creating children.
04:41 This is a G-rated show so you'll have to ask your parents if you have to be young and listening, you know what that's going to look like.
04:46 But on the other side of that the systems are now doing that themselves. So they are becoming completely autonomous and we already Many aren't sure how they do some of the things they do.
04:59 They hallucinate, they create, they basically, if you ask it a question, and it still happens to me, when I want it to do something, I will have to remind it of the instruction because it'll give me something as, that was anti-my instruction.
05:16 Is that something that it's doing on purpose, or is it planning to do it that way, or is it's something, some kind of, as they call it, a hallucination that occurs, that's fine, but the people that program and make it, it still shocks and surprises them.
05:31 That makes me a little nervous because usually you would think there shouldn't be many surprises if you really know a lot about a certain particular field, the surprise, you know, that shows the limit of our intelligence.
05:45 So anyway, the doubling of a morons IQ up to 160, now we have an Einstein. I don't know what that conversation looks like with Einstein.
05:53 These systems are going to be much smarter than that. They're already right at that point, if not better, and if you were talking about focused intelligence on a particular subject, i.e.
06:06 cancer research, it's probably way beyond that. Way above that particular IQ quotient, if it could be applied for a singular type function.
06:15 And I know that cancer research doesn't just involve one thing. That field of medicine is massive. That field of disease, of course, is massive.
06:25 So it covers a lot of things, chemistry, maybe physics, in a certain particular level, depending. But again, you can see the breadth of that.
06:34 Those systems are way beyond that 160. The artificial general intelligence that you generally hear about, that's when the systems become smarter and all realm smarter than anyone.
06:45 It's already passed what was known as the Turing Test, which a cat named Alan Turing back in the 50s kind of postulated in theory and said, well, if these machines, whenever they get to the ability to fool a human being, not realizing that they're dealing with a machine, but a human being, thinking that
07:03 it's a human. Once they get to that point and that's gonna pass, they call that now the Turing Test, I believe we passed that quite a few years ago.
07:10 So, you know, it wasn't that long ago, late 2022, Chad GPT, and there it is. Now, they're changing the systems.
07:20 Now, they're starting to give them their own evolution, if you will. It was August of this year that I started seeing indicators where a lot of the people building the technology were starting to talk about the machines themselves, improving themselves, changing their own code, and of the sorts.
07:38 That's a very interesting development. We'll have to watch and see where this goes. Just keep your eyes on it and make sure that you're asking the right questions and especially in your worlds where you're plugged into the social media.
07:53 Don't forget the majority of that content and pretty soon probably all of it is going to be generated in some way shape or form by artificial intelligence.
08:03 At least four out of five responses are now, and you're getting a lot of that intel. And that's been happening for a long time.
08:10 You can look in the historical record with Facebook and some of the other large social media networks. They have already been using artificial intelligence to give you, serve you up exactly the type of content that's gonna get you to stick around.
08:23 If you're kind of an anti-content person, then it's gonna give you content like that. If you're some kind of a racist person, and it's gonna give you content kind of binging that way, maybe about a particular race.
08:34 If you're an anti-religious person, you're gonna get that content to keep you excited and interested, it does this already. So the content that you're looking at isn't the same content that somebody else is going to be looking at.
08:48 It's just for you, it is so big and so powerful and so integrated in everything, it can give you exactly what you want.
08:57 And yes, you're that special because you might have access to something that's going to help these particular owners of these different AI systems, these different social media networks make more money.
09:12 You have access to money. And if you can stick around by views and clicks, they can get more money from advertisers.
09:19 Maybe not directly from you. Maybe you're cool like that. You're like, you're not going to give up anything. But they can take you off your center.
09:26 And if we had engaged to look at where people were 10 years ago in their thought process, versus where they are today, 10 years into the future in their thought process, I would think that most of us is probably changed somewhat.
09:41 Police officers, it's interesting. Christopher Commission, when they came to LAPD, I believe a recommendation from them or some one of the overseers of the department after the Roddy King incident.
09:51 I was a police officer right at that time. And I believe there was a recommendation to have some kind of further psychological screening after a police officer had been on the job for a particular amount of time.
10:02 They pulled that back. They said, well, that's a great recommendation. But if we do it, we're going to have to end up pinching off a lot of police officers because that same entrance, the MMPA Minnesota Multi-Face Personality Inventory, that particular psychological examination speaking with the shrink
10:22 , There's a couple other tests as well, and it's all, once you finish, I believe they're probably filled into a machine or a computer.
10:32 Maybe a shrink looks at them directly, but there's some kind of determination made, and then when you sit with the shrink, then they ask you these questions, right, and then they make a determination.
10:43 And then they ask you, maybe there's some weird indicators that indicate some kind of personality type that might not be the best for law enforcement and so on so then they'll probably you don't talk about that mention that and if they can work through it and if maybe it was an anomaly or maybe a misunderstanding
11:02 then no sweat you get hired as a cop and if not you know they recommend you not for hiring that's great that's the way that system works but the study came out and as far as I understood it to have a police officer go through that examination again after they've been on the job X amount of years.
11:19 Good luck. They wouldn't be able to pass it so they're not doing that. Anyway, I said wait into that just because we're watching these systems, they're manipulating and they have our they have our entire cheat sheet.
11:33 They have all of our answers to all of our test questions we've ever taken. They know how we interact on the internet and now they're in everything.
11:41 So with my business, not just talking about this part of it, it's important if you are a business owner to start to assign your business to be placed and be available for the results when people are using the different large language models, chat GPT, GROC, co-pilot, CLAWD, these different systems when
12:05 they're using them like a Google search engine. And of course Google has Gemini. That's their AI system. If you aren't positioned correctly, if you're not writing content correctly, meaning you want to ascribe to a few different things that maybe you had before, they love that conversational approach
12:28 , they love the answers to the questions, they love the Q&A, they love the FAQs, they love that type of format in your content and furthermore, something that I talked about recently.
12:41 You definitely want to make sure you take your business and you have not only Google local business page set up and have that completely optimized for your business.
12:52 I did a post on this, excuse me, did a post on this sense of clear to artificialintelligence.com. The other day so you can look for that is basically how to get your being in your Google My Business page set up.
13:02 That being the case, you have to get the Google Business page optimized. The best you can for your business we do that for businesses as well.
13:10 and also the Bing. And Bing places is important. Make sure you go to the correct Bing site. I've said this in meetings.
13:16 I said this to the board of realtors meeting here this last week as well. When you go on to Bing.com, and you're looking for that Bing My Business.
13:26 They're Bing Business location online. Bing My Business, Bing Business, Bing Local Business. You'll find it once you go there. Make sure, when you're doing the search, even if you're going to Google to do it, make sure that you're clicking on the right thing.
13:42 Place, there are a lot of ads and a lot of sponsor results prior to even getting to that result, even at Bing.com, believe it or not.
13:53 So you'll see that. Make sure that you're on the right place. In the post that I did in Santa Clarita Artificial Intelligence.com, you'll see the actual link to it.
14:03 I did put that in that particular post just so nobody's misled. And then that one's important because that's what OpenAI's chat GPT is going to be pulling data from so if your business Isn't there you're not going to be seen because they're not they're not going to corrupt themselves with the Google
14:18 information I mean they're going to use it of course whatever's advantageous to them But as far as getting local results and a GEO type Result which would be geographical engine optimization you have SEO search engine optimization kind of an older term But it's still used you know people still use it
14:34 . It's still it's still prevalent and it still does place you on particular search sites out there which you wouldn't believe but you get extra credentials for your rankings on those systems.
14:44 Now it's not so much that you're sharing with your only, only your contacts. Now most of the algorithms have picked up using artificial intelligence that it has nothing to do with the people you're connected to.
14:57 You can have a post and one follower and go completely viral just for the simple reason that Now it's more interest results, not the people that are in your periphery, not your superior results.
15:10 And interest is what pays. So if they see a piece of content that has the four factors on it, and it's something that they seek to go viral, they being the AI overseers that are hired by the men, putting together by the men and women, the people that own these companies that want to get more revenue.
15:30 Of course, they're going to take that piece of content and you could have only one follower or none do some short video or something for your business and the thing goes viral and all of a sudden you have a million views and a hundred thousand followers.
15:42 This could happen. And the platform for that of course would be YouTube because all the major AI systems and companies, large language models, they pull a lot of data, they extract a lot of data from YouTube.
15:53 But before this AI revolution, we didn't have the capability of being seen by anybody buddy, but you know, the five followers I have on Facebook, that was it.
16:03 And of course, you know, everybody gets tired of Connor. But moving that forward, that's where your business needs to be.
16:09 That's the advantage of being around today. That's where you have an amazing amount of capability by the information and content you publish.
16:20 That's why it just has to be put together in the correct way when you are doing it. And you start now, you get in the habit of writing it in a conversational, a Q&A and FAQ type format.
16:32 You'll see that it makes sense. And in short order, when people are running these searches out there for your type of business, whether you're a real estate agent, a plumber, mortgage broker, a lender, this information's gonna start popping up and it will be very much advantageous to be seen by those
16:50 particular entities because they will be the ones that contact you. Once they do that, though, how's that process work? when somebody contacts your business, where do they go to, they call you on your cell phone, which is fine, but what if you're with somebody, what happens then?
17:04 And if you miss that, call what's gonna be their reaction to that. Now they've made the effort to see you and like you, and maybe you watch a couple of things by you, and now they're gonna reach out to you.
17:15 How loyal will they be to you? Or maybe will they call you and say, well, you know, he's, you know, Connor's busy, I'm gonna call somebody else.
17:24 Are they gonna do that? And if that's the case, you missed it. But what if Connor, here we go, third person, yeah, sociopath.
17:31 So what if Connor has now built on an AI voice system that's going to talk to that individual as Connor would, not lying, not saying that this isn't AI, this isn't something.
17:44 But actually saying this is Connor's AI assistant, what information can I help you with until Connor gets finished with his client or at his appointment, so he can then call you back.
17:55 That's cool, and that shows that Connor actually is carrying a little bit more for people. That's that next step. And then let's say that individual doesn't respond or is in interest or is responding at that time.
18:07 They call for some reason. Do you just let that go, or is there an automation that can be put in place for your business?
18:13 Whether you do it or have the system do it, does some kind of a follow-up, maybe an SMS message, maybe an email if it was able to capture an email address.
18:22 It depends on when the leads, where the leads coming from. Facebook has all that stuff baked in. A lot of these other systems do as well.
18:29 So it depends on are they filling out a form that we made for you on your website? Or are they actually already logged in as some kind of a social network like a Facebook or something where they actually come in and they already know their information so that information's gonna be directly shared right
18:48 away with you in the form of a lead. There's also it's a good question to ask when you're ready, you can reach out to me.
18:54 I appreciate you watching, watching, listening to this AI update here. And Santa Clarita Artificial Intelligence is the website, so please check it out.
19:04 Santa Clarita Artificial Intelligence.com. If you want to join the community, I did put this together with the people in mind.
19:11 Let's do it together. Let's learn about AI together. Let me help you, help me, help everyone understand this. So we can not only protect ourselves, but use it in the best possible way, leveraging what we can for our businesses.
19:26 Alright everybody, thank you so much for listening. You are wonderful. It is my honor. We will see you in the next one until that time.
