Let's talk about webinars for lenders and real estate agents, kind of how that whole process works. Now, you'll see a lot of Instagram people, these influencers selling these webinars. They're paying for this placement, so they can sell you on buying a webinar system from them. A few things to consider, you know, who are they in the business? What do they do? Are they actually have they been real estate agents? That might not be a bad thing to have been, or maybe even currently be, maybe in a different market. But webinars are really actually a very good way. The price of admission to them, the meta campaigns for advertising and marketing of the webinar isn't that expensive, but of course, isn't that expensive, all relative. It's going to fall on the particular market. So let's say you're an insurance agent in Los Angeles, probably pretty expensive to advertise that. Real estate agent in Santa Clarita, San Jose, maybe not as bad. It depends on how you get there or have how the campaign is set up. But even before that, it's the conversation that you need to have. It talks about the person that you're going to be interviewing to put together this system for you. And it should be a system. It shouldn't be just some, you know, thump something that if they're doing setting it up on maybe other systems. They should have their own integrated backend that you'll be able to access. You'll be able to advertise. You'll be able to have them set up the actual webinar. The system, the the it's not a funnel. I want to say funnel website. Those are things you might you might get. An app, maybe a web app. But this is more of a system. It's going to be integrated with different levels of artificial intelligence. It's going to be what you want, but basically it's going to make the system autonomic or automatic. So it responds to the people coming into it and viewing it. That's kind of your sales page for whatever you're offering. So if you're a real estate agent, maybe you're offering consultation for real estate buyers, you know, the top things that you wouldn't expect buying in this current market. You know, you need to attend this webinar. And then you would be there and you would talk them through the process. Now, it could be pre-recorded or live. Live webinars seem to do a lot better because people aren't dumb. They figure out very soon that you're actually not on the webinar. You pre-recorded it. So you have to be comfortable with that process. I have some tips and tricks I can help that help distract you from worrying about how you look and how you feel. That's something else when we're putting these things together. It's very important. You have to prepare for that moment. And if you're an agent that doesn't normally do content, but you really want to try to grab, you know, the lion's fair share of real estate buyers or sellers or whatever you're looking for. If you're a lender, people that basically use you for their lending needs, then you have to get comfortable with being on that show, on that camera during this webinar because people are going to be interacting with you. Then you have to make decisions as to how you're going to be responding. If there happens to be some kind of a live chat feed, and the live chat's really important, then you've got to be the drama with the live chat feed. You know, where's everybody watching from it? Get some feedback and then mention these people. How many of you are have you bought a house before? I mean, how many of you have these sorts of things? So we develop those questions beforehand. So when it comes the time of the webinar, after we've advertised it, marketed it, put everything into play, have a social media poster system that would be relatively important to start to get this out on your social media channels. It'll accept as many as you have, get those plugged in there. We also want calendars that book people to this particular event so they can sign up officially and then get the access to it. So then you have their personal and private information. So you can also do follow-ups. And then not even you doing the follow-up, but the system having the capability of doing a follow-up on your behalf. So realistically, you just after it's all built, then you just show up and then the webinar happens and you're there. So very, very simple process. And then after that, the webinar itself will take care of anything else. Of course, you'll have your offer, whatever that is. Maybe at the end, you know, some time with me. Let's talk about your real estate, your real estate things, your issues in real estate, how I can further help you. Maybe it's a PDF of something that they're going to see. Maybe you're selling something. It could be also that. Maybe you're not in the real estate or mortgage game, maybe you're selling t-shirts or hats or wallets. That could be another point of this. You talk through the product, you talk through your service, and at the very end, you have that offering. And where does that offering go? Where do they go to actually do this? Is there some uh direct link for some kind of a payment system via Stripe or something else? All those integrations need to be talked about before. And also, if there's going to be some kind of an AI chat system or a voice system put on the actual funnel page or the this particular landing page that we're going to be advertising, how is that put together? What information is it going to have? What information is it going to give the public? That forward-facing representation of you is going to be very important to people that might want to book uh this webinar with you so you can walk them through the process. The color schemes, all of that stuff needs to be talked about. Talked about phone numbers a second ago, maybe I haven't yet, but phone numbers are important as well. If you want that local number to have that authority and you have time, you're not trying to release this thing in three days, you know, then you can get a an A2P verified phone number and they're not expensive, a buck fifteen, a buck fifty. One of those, I think it's a dollar fifteen. But you get that local phone number verified and you get that A2P approval. If you're just somebody winging it, you don't have the fancy EIN numbers and all this with the feds, then that's fine. You can still do it as a sole proprietor. It might be a little bit longer on the A2P approval, it just depends. But I'll do all of that, so it's not a big deal. Once you get through with that, you got your local number. We'll set up an AI voice system on that as well to answer phone calls. But ultimately, if you wanted to, if people got frustrated or wanted to talk to you about this a little bit more at length, then you could do a direct phone call to them, have the system itself then kick off a phone call to you, to your cell phone or your office or whatever it is. Or it could be blocked there and they would just have to communicate. But you get all that interaction, you get a transcript of what happened, what they talked about, the questions they ask, and you get it with everything, whether they gave up personal information or not, just to see how the chatbot did, how it responded, and what they said and what that particular feeling was. So it's all traceable and trackable. And then if you want to do content around it, I have blogs we can put together on that same system, but I have it on relevant.com, or we can even have a different blog coded up and we can have that hosted somewhere else. So it just depends on your what you want for your business. But that all happens during a conversation we have where I'm gonna ask you 15 to 20 questions that you might not even know to have needing to be answered before you embark in this journey. And then after I cover that, then I ask very open-ended questions to you and whomever else you want to have on the call. Then we make determinations. I'll start asking even more questions. We'll figure out exactly what you guys want, gals, guys, people want in place for the webinar, how long you want it to run. Is this gonna be just a consistent money stream all the way through? Are there gonna be modifications put in place in the future? And then finally, it's gonna be the day of shipping. But prior to that, I'll send you an exact workflow, what I'm going to do, answer any further questions, send you exactly what I'll charge to do the deal. And if it's going to be something that needs to be maintained, then there'll also be the service charge per month. But we'll talk about all of that. If it makes sense to you money-wise, then we'll proceed. If there's something else that you want to tech on, like a meta campaign, if you're not going to try to do the traffic organically or you know by foot and banging on doors, if you want to try to embark into a marketing and advertising campaign, I can also get you those numbers as well and get that set up. Also, that leads people either to uh basically a lead generation form within Facebook and Instagram, and we have to see what kind of webinar you're going to be, we're going to be building for you, whether or not we're going to go that particular route or drive them to a particular page that we've built for sole purpose of conversion. So we have to see which one's going to be better, depending on what the webinar is. If it's a webinar about, like I said, selling wallets or well, webinar about particular types of loan programs or whatever it may be, then that's that's what that is going to correspond best to. And I need to do my research. So once we get that done, get it all sent to you. You either approve it or don't. If you approve it, then we move forward. It takes a few days to get the funnels built out and these different systems, get all everything hooked up. It'll probably take me five, seven, eight days. And then we start the advertising marketing campaign with what we discussed, and then your webinar is after it's been propagated and advertised to the entire world. And finally, that next thing is you're on the webinar. And then after that, you can do another one, another one, another one. Come back in 30 days, 15 days. That webinar itself can also have been pre-recorded, it'll be recorded. So you can use that for future webinars to do controlled releases. So you're not live anymore. And then you have those next ones posted out there. But the big mistake people make in the gathering of the webinar is they'll start the pre-recorded ones, the ones that are basically just replications or copies of the ones you did live before, and then they'll try to act like it's live. They won't put anywhere in there that this isn't real. People hate that. Once they find out it shuts them down, I would rather have less people in attendance, knowing that it's a pre-recorded webinar, than people coming in and saying, Yeah, this is us because I thought this was going to be this cat live, and it's not this cat live. It's him or her recording this, you know, the last time they did it. Yeah, not good for me. And they click off. You'll see that in the comment stream from that particular webinar that you're putting on because they all get their fresh insights. That said, I'm Connor with Honor.
